Merch Drop

Hello everyone. It’s been a long time since I wrote a blog. I’ve had to deal with… a lot this year. Maybe there will be a blog addressing that one day, but for now on to good news.

The good news is I’m going to start producing merchandise. Well, let me re-phrase. I’m going to start re-appropriating my assets for print on demand service “printful”. They recently announced a partnership with Squarespace, and I figured this would be as good an opportunity as any to start releasing merch.

This is something I’ve wanted to do for a long time. I’ve been signed up to print on demand services before, but integrating it into my site was above my knowledge base. Now that it’s all seamlessly integrated and the quality is there, it’s go time.

Speaking of quality:

Merch drop 1

This is wave 1, and it will be live on my web store at the time this blog is published. I ordered some samples and I’m quite happy with how they turned out. This wave has:

  • Beanie with my insignia

  • Iron on patch of Neela the dog that walks backwards

  • Stickers for my first meme short “Sit On It”

On top of that, I should be able to get my website store on instagram too due to the wonder of technology and linking

Squarespace has also released a bunch of cool updates that I hope to incorporate over time. Stuff like exclusive content, accounts and so on are additions I’d eventually like my site to have, but that’s very much down the road.

This is just a start. I want to release new stuff on a monthly basis. I already have wave 2 planned, but I need to purchase some samples to make sure it looks the way I imagine. Additionally I would like a limited edition run of a “Year 1” print to celebrate producing my storytime shorts for a year.

The first one started production around the end of October in 2021, but was released in January 2022. Since the first storytime release I’ll have developed 3 categories of content, but I’ll talk about that in another blog.

Lastly I want to say that buying the merch will be the best way to support me for now. If you like my shorts (heh), please think about ordering some of the merch. I put my absolute all into making the best content I can and even try to surpass my best efforts with each new upload.

I am grateful to all of you that love my content and support me. I have received a lot of love and encouragement for my content, and that’s something I appreciate deeply, so thank you for taking the time out to watch my little animated adventures.

That’s all for now, thanks for reading.
