Status Updates 3 - New Phone

A few years ago before it was time for me to upgrade my phone, a butterfly flew at me with malice causing me to drop my phone and break the screen. This came about at a poor time as I knew there would be a new iPhone reveal because the keynote was only a few weeks away. I was forced to upgrade against my will and so I went with the cheapest option at the time which was an iPhone 13.

It wasn’t a bad phone, but not what I wanted. I really wanted something more modern so I could hold onto it for a few years. Fast forward to early this February, and I’ve almost finished paying off my unwanted iPhone 13. I decide to suffer this unwanted piece of tech no more and went to the Apple Store to buy a new phone (after toiling with Apple’s credit card payments for 2 days).

I wanted to buy a regular iPhone 16, but when I asked for the trade in value from my other phone the apple rep told me it would be about $250. Nice. I used that extra to go Pro.

It’s been a couple weeks since I upgraded, and to be honest, I love the new phone. Apple has been under a lot of pressure recently about falling behind and not innovating, but this phone is great.

I’ve been more productive on it, and it’s more enjoyable to use. The bonus is I’ve downloaded a couple games (which I don’t usually do for phones), and now I’m addicted to Archero 2. Any way, that’s all for now.
